 Passed by the Journey to Lean Program executive team. November 17th, 2009

 1.This guideline is established for constructing a knowledge sharing channel for this department, enriching the knowledge of colleagues, improving the professional virtue, promoting new knowledge, and for establishing this department as a learning organization.

2.The “knowledge sharing” mentioned in this guideline describes assignments, official leaves of absence, business trips or grants to attend the outcome reports of various courses, and training or activity results reporting related to student affairs.

3.The targeted subject must meet one of the following conditions:

   (1) Persons on official leave of absence, or on domestic or international business trips.

   (2) Grant holders

   (3) Assignees required for their services.

4.Implementation Method:

  (1) The targeted subject shall hand in an “Outcome Report on the Student Affairs Office Knowledge Sharing” to the individual division within two weeks upon the completion of the various courses, training, or activities.

  (2)The Journey to Lean Program executive team shall hand in a “Statistic Report on the Student Affairs Office Knowledge Sharing of the Individual Division” within the first week of January, April, July and October. This will be approved by the Student Affairs Office.

  (3) The Student Affairs Office shall conduct knowledge sharing courses according to the statistic report.

5.This guideline has been passed through the Journey to Lean Program executive team meeting, and shall be adopted once approved by the Dean of Student Affairs. All amendment shall be treated likewise.
